Primary Care Pricing
At Men’s Health of Bowling Green, membership is not a requirement but is the more affordable option. As a member you pay a low monthly fee and never have to worry about how many visits you make to see your provider, and more importantly you don’t have to worry about your insurance dictating what testing or procedures will or will not be allowed. Not only does our membership cover the cost of unlimited preventative, disease management, and sick visits, it also provides for all routine lab tests and in-office medications at no additional cost. Non-routine tests are available at affordable prices. This is in addition to an annual physical exam with routine testing based on your age and/or risk factors at no extra cost to you. As an added benefit, you will have direct access to your provider for calls, texts, and video chat if needed. Membership is not a requirement to be a patient of Men’s Health, but charges will be per visit for non-members, as listed below.

NON-MEMBER VISITS
Although our membership is recommended for the best value, it is not required to be a patient. For non-members, an office visit charge of $69 applies to all ages in addition to the cost of any non-routine testing or in-office medications at our wholesale pricing. An effort will be made to see non-members the same or next day, but cannot be guaranteed. In addition, non-members do not have access to tele-medicine features or walk-ins
WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH MY MEN’S HEALTH MEMBERSHIP?
Members will receive an annual wellness physical exam at the beginning of their membership, which will include free lab testing as recommended by age group. In addition, you will have unlimited access to same-day or next-day preventative care, disease management, and sick visits. As an added feature, you will have access to your provider for calls or text as needed. The Men’s Health membership also includes routine lab testing and in-office medications and supplies at no additional cost. In addition, we work to find the best rates for our patients with local pharmacies and radiology services. Although the cost of our specialty services are not included in the membership, members receive free consultations, and significantly cheaper rates than you’ll find anywhere else.
